On the property you can enjoy the 20 minute vineyard loop or continue on following the river, enjoying the scenic views of the valley on a 50 minute trail leading to a stunning viewpoint. More adventurous hikers can head up the valley to a waterfall, about an hour away, with further exploration leading to hidden caves, ancient forests, and unmarked trails that can keep you wandering for up to eight hours. Nearby, the privately owned Alta Huemul Nature Sanctuary offers some of the most spectacular hiking in central Chile, making it a must for those seeking deeper immersion in pristine landscapes.

The best fly fishing in central Chile is just a few kilometres from the lodge, and we offer guided excursions with equipment. The clear freestone rivers are home to small but feisty wild rainbows and browns, perfectly matched to 3–5 weight rods and techniques such as nymphing, dry fly fishing, and dry-dropper rigs. Beginners all the way to experts are welcome!
